I am Tyler Mears, founder or Resilent Again Health. With a background in Occupational Therapy and Exercise Science, I created this company. Most fitness programs weren't designed with aging adults in mind. Resilient Aging Health is different — every program is built on rehabilitation therapy and exercise science principles and 10 years of real clinical experience working with adults managing complex health conditions.
